Reset the device
The reset button is on the underside of the device, next to the air sensor. What happens depends on how long you hold it, and it happens when you let go.
| Hold for | Effect |

| Under 3 seconds | Nothing. |
| 3 to 10 seconds. The logo starts flashing very fast at 3 seconds. | Wi-Fi reset. The Wi-Fi settings are erased and the device restarts in setup mode. Sensor and pump calibrations are kept, and your automations are sent to the device again once it is back online. |
| 10 seconds or more | Software rollback. The device returns to its previously installed software, if there is one. Wi-Fi settings, calibrations and automations are kept. Only do this if support asks you to. |
When to reset
- To connect the device to a different Wi-Fi network, or after your network's name or password has changed.
- When the app cannot reach the device during setup because the logo glows steadily instead of showing the setup-mode pattern.
After a Wi-Fi reset, follow Connect the device to the app again.
